Attorney Hailey Rice
Hailey Rice is a consumer lawyer and the founder of Connecticut Consumer Advocates, LLC.
Hailey represents people in claims concerning auto dealer fraud, debt collector harassment, home improvement contracts, illegal repossessions, inaccurate credit reports, identity theft, health club contracts and mortgage claims, to name a few. She has helped consumers return cars to dealerships after a breach of warranty, stopped debt collectors from mistreating people, and gotten refunds after poor home improvement projects.
Before founding Connecticut Consumer Advocates in 2020, Hailey worked as both a Plaintiff's consumer protection and personal injury attorney, as well as compliance counsel for mortgage companies and other lenders. Hailey's extensive experience working with lenders and insurance companies, as well as intimate knowledge of consumer protection laws, have given her valuable insight into how companies make decisions. She uses that knowledge every day to provide superior representation to her clients.

Hailey is a mother to two young children, two dogs and a cat. In her (rare) spare time, she enjoys cycling, fitness and the arts.
